Mahindra has unleashed a slew of futuristic EVs to demonstrate what its next-gen vehicles will look like
A latest post has emerged where a couple of Italians react to the Mahindra BE 6e. You must already know that it is an electric coupe SUV that has been garnering attention from people and car reviewers lately. It is impressive to see what the Indian auto giant has been able to accomplish with its new species of EVs. Going forward, Mahindra will bifurcate the electric cars from ICE cars using two new banners – XEV and BE. These are born-electric cars with the new INGLO platform. Italians React to Mahindra BE 6e
This video stems from Cross Cultural on YouTube. It captures two Italian girls who generally post reaction content online. They are viewing a review of the Mahindra BE 6e. During the video, they are evidently impressed by what the electric coupe offers in terms of aesthetics and features. As the host keeps listing out new features, the girls keep getting excited. In fact, they even say at one point that this is the best car in the world. Additionally, one girl says “take my money” so that she could get her hands on it. All that is expected since the BE 6e certainly possesses some of the most advanced amenities in any car on sale in this segment.

The EV comes in two battery pack options – 59 kWh and 79 kWh with ARAI-claimed range figures of 535 km and 682 km (550 km on WLTP), respectively. It carries a compact โthree-in-one powertrainโ (motor, inverter and transmission). The result is a healthy power and torque figure of 228 hp / 380 Nm for the smaller battery to 281 hp / 380 Nm for the larger one. In the most aggressive settings, the acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h comes up in a mere 6.7 seconds. The EV boasts a ground clearance of 207 mm and a boot capacity of 455 litres at the rear and 45 litres at the front (frunk). Note that the official price of the entire lineup will be announced in the coming weeks but the starting price is Rs 18.90 lakh, ex-showroom. This doesnโt include the cost of the charger and its installation.
