It’s certainly not unusual for companies to reward their employees by gifting them on special occasions. In fact, in the past few years, we’ve seen several firms even gifting cars like Toyota Glanza and Maruti Swift to their high-performing employees. In a new development, an IT firm in Kerala has gifted its longest-serving employee a Mercedes C-Class luxury sedan worth at least Rs 57 lakh.

Mercedes C-Class Gifted to First Employee of Company
The Mercedes C-Class has been gifted to one Clint Antony, who is the Chief Creative Officer at Webandcrafts, a global IT solution provider. Clint was the company’s first employee ever and has served the organization well since his joining in 2012. Speaking on the occasion, Abin Jose Tom, Found and CEO, said, “Our employees are the backbone of our company and we are honoured to have such a dedicated and hardworking team. Clint has been with us since the beginning and has played a vital role in our success. We wanted to show our appreciation for his efforts and loyalty and what better way to do it than by gifting a luxurious Mercedes-Benz C-Class.”
The exact details of the car gifted to Clint aren’t known but it’s noteworthy that the top-spec version of the Mercedes C-Class costs Rs 63 lakh, ex-showroom. Clint Antony is a native of Kattappana in Idukki. He got associated with Webandcrafts at its inception in 2012 and is known to have played a vital role in the accelerated growth of the company. He was awarded for his hard work after the management decided to apprechiate his dedication to the organization for over a decade.
