Toyota Innova Completes 10 Lakh Km
This Toyota Innova was bought back in 2007. It belongs to a certain Velmurugan V from Tamil Nadu. He drove the car for over 10 lakh km, but the odometer is not designed to go beyond 9,99,999 km and that is visible in the image. Velmurugan mentions that he never had to face any serious issue with this Innova. This is a testament to the quality of engineering the Japanese carmaker puts into its products. If owned properly, it can run for a million kilometres and decades. That is the reason why the sales of the Innova are so strong even today.

Specs
This is the most primitive form of the Innova that was introduced in our market in 2005. At the time, it used to cost just around Rs 7 lakh. It used to come with a 2.5-litre D-4D diesel engine that produced 100 PS and 200 Nm of peak power and torque. The first Fortuner also came with this powertrain. In addition to this, there was also a 2.0-litre petrol engine. This developed 136 PS and 182 Nm of peak power and torque. There was the option of a 5-speed manual gearbox with both these engines.
