This has to be the first new Maruti Swift in the country to bear a shiny yellow wrap. Now, this is one colour you don’t often see on automobiles. Hence, it certainly makes any vehicle stand out on the road. Swift is among the most successful vehicles in India ever. It recently achieved an almost unbelievable milestone of 30 lakh sales in the last 19 years since 2005. The demand for the current fourth-generation model is still strong. That is a testament to the unending popularity and appeal of the hatchback. For now, let us take a look at the details of this latest case.
New Maruti Swift with Yellow Wrap
We are able to witness this post courtesy of safar_ak_0612 on Instagram. The visuals capture the noticeably unique Swift during the nighttime. It is plying on the road while someone else is making the video. Note that some international markets get the Swift in yellow colour. However, it is not available in India which is why this owner decided to take things in his own hands. In addition to that, it is evident that he has performed some other modifications to his car too. This includes new alloy wheels and a red background to the headlamp cluster. It certainly enhances the road presence of the hatchback.

Our View
Now, I have reported innumerable instances of people wrapping their cars in unique colours. However, I must mention that most car modifications are illegal in India. Thankfully, with the wraps, there is a way around to make them legitimate. You have to first inform the RTO that you are changing the colour of your car. After it is done, you need to take the car to the RTO where photos of the new colour will be attached to the new registration certificate. In this way, you won’t run into any sort of trouble with the authorities later on.
