Indian Drives From The USA to India
The video has been shared by Ride and Drive on YouTube. It has the interview of Lakhwinder Singh. He narrates the entire story of this monumental feat. Beginning from the USA, he took a boat to reach the UK. From there, he took a train to Paris which took around 38 mins. Thereafter, the journey of thousands of km on the road began. To pass through various countries, he arranged the ATA Carnet Certificate. It is a passport for cars to be driven in different countries for less than 1 year. All in all, he spent over Rs 1 Crore on this entire trip that he completed with his son.

During the course of the journey, he was particularly impressed by the roads in Germany, the people in various countries, the food of India, the heartwarming experience in Pakistan and created memories for a lifetime. He mentions that it took years to make up his mind and make it ready for such an extreme adventure. That was the hardest part. All else fell into place. Along the way, he received a ton of challans, mostly for overspeeding. Nevertheless, this is an inspiring story showcasing that one could achieve anything if he/she puts the mind to it and remain focused and determined despite setbacks.

Toyota Tacoma
In the USA, the most powerful version of the Tacoma comes powered by a 3.5-litre V6 24V engine that produces 278 hp and 360 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine comes mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels. Being a proper pickup truck, it comes with an electronically controlled transfer case and Automatic Limited-Slip Differential.
