While Tata offers multiple electric versions of its popular models, Mercedes is selling premium electric cars. Interested customers can also get imported electric vehicles. Mahendra Singh Dhoni – Kia EV6
The former Indian captain owns a Kia EV6. The Korean car manufacturer is offering the electric car with a starting price of Rs 59.95 lakh (ex-showroom). The CBU model comes in two options – GT Line RWD and GT Line AWD. It is backed by a 77.4kWh battery that offers an ARAI-claimed range of up to 708km. The 5-seater car comes in two powertrain options – a single motor rear-wheel drive (229PS/ 350Nm) and a dual motor all-wheel drive (325PS/ 605Nm). Kia EV6 is the first electric car in MS Dhoni’s garage. He is known for his collection of superbikes and classic cars.
Nitin Gadkari – BMW iX
Nitin Gadkari is known as an ardent supporter of EVs and other alternative fuel options. He is often seen in the vehicles he promotes. Recently, the Minister for Road Transport and Highways of India was seen in a new BMW iX electric SUV. Apparently, it was offered to Mr Gadkari by BMW India. The CBU (completely built unit) model was launched in India with an introductory price of Rs 1.16 crore (ex-showroom). It offers a claimed driving range of 425 km on a single charge.

Mukesh Ambani – Tesla Model S 100D and Tesla Model X 100D
The Ambani family is known for a huge collection of expensive vehicles. You can also find two Tesla electric cars in their garage – Tesla Model S 100D and Tesla Model X 100D. Both cars come with impressive specs. The Tesla Model S 100D is powered by multiple electric motors that offer 423 Ps of max power and 660 Nm of peak torque. It currently costs USD 27,995 to USD 59,999. On the other hand, the highlight of the Tesla Model X 100D is the rear falcon-wing doors for easy entry and exit. Mahesh Babu – Audi e-tron

The electric SUV is priced in India at Rs 1.18 crore, ex-showroom. It comes with a dual-motor AWD (all-wheel drive) setup and offers a WLTP-claimed driving range of 484 km. The Audi e-tron can generate 402 Bhp of max power and 664 Nm of peak torque. It is backed by a 95kWh battery pack that can be fully charged in 8.5 hours.

Riteish Deshmukh – BMW iX and Tesla Model X
The popular actor is known for his comic roles. He is also seen on social media with his wife Genelia. Recently, the couple added a Red BMW iX electric SUV to their car collection. It comes with a price tag of Rs 1.16 crore (ex-showroom). The 5-seater car comes in a single xDrive 40 trim. It comes with a 76.6kWh twin-battery pack that can be charged from 0 to 80 per cent in around 30 minutes. Additional features include an all-wheel drivetrain, a dual-motor setup, and a range of up to 425km. Previously, Genelia gifted her husband a Tesla Model X, which is housed in California, USA.
Madhuri Dixit Nene – Tata Nexon EV Dark Edition
Madhuri Dixit is one of the most popular Bollywood actresses. Meanwhile, her husband Dr Shriram Nene is known for his love for fast cars. The couple has an impressive collection of cars in India and the US. Recently, they added a Tata Nexon EV Dark Edition to their garage. The popular EV is backed by a 40.5 kWh battery pack that offers a claimed driving range of 453 km on a single charge. The Tata Nexon EV Dark Edition can generate 141 bhp of max power and 250 Nm of peak torque.

N. Chandrasekaran – Tata Nexon EV
N. Chandrasekaran is the Chairman of Tata Sons and Tata Motors. He received a Nexon EV model in 2020. The Tata Nexon EV is often touted as the most affordable electric SUV in the Indian market.
