This dealer is located in Goregoan and is named Modi cars. The owner explains that he witnessed the tyre removal, alignment, oil draining, refilling, AC and engine bay cleaning. This provides the customer great transparency of what is being done in the cars without having to stand in the way of the mechanics in the workshop physically. Many people in the forum suggest that this should become a standard practice for the industry. Every carmaker should follow this.
