For the second year in a row, Hyundai Venue has received the Best Value Vehicle by Cars.com for its Best of 2022 Awards.
The Hyundai Venue is one of the more popular cars in the compact SUV segment in India. It comes with a host of standard safety and technology features. Now, the 5-seater car has been named as the Best Value Vehicle in the USA by Cars.com. The Hyundai vehicles has won this award for the second year in a row. The Best of 2022 Awards evaluated over 100 vehicles in quality, innovation and value categories.

“For the second year in a row, this small, front-wheel-drive hatchback with an SUV-like stance and higher seating provides an incredible value for cost-conscious shoppers. The median list price for the Venue on Cars.com hovered below $22,000 in 2020 and most of 2021 — that is thousands below-median pricing for a traditional entry-level SUV. Coming in at 43% below median list price for all new cars, the 2022 Hyundai Venue well deserves the title Best Value Car of 2022,” said Jenni Newman, editor-in-chief, Cars.com.
This recognition is great news for Hyundai Motors. It is bound to generate even more interest for the 2022 Hyundai Venue. The facelifted Venue has been spied during testing in India. Ricky Lao (Director, product planning, Hyundai Motor America) stated that “During a time when many consumers are budget-conscious and desire significant features for their transportation needs, the Hyundai Venue is a perfect choice. The Venue offers a compact SUV with desirable safety and infotainment features at an attainable price.“

In India, the Hyundai Venue is priced between Rs 6.99 lakh and Rs 11.87 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). It comes in eight trims: E, S, S+, S(O), SX, SX(O) Executive, SX+, and SX(O). You can choose from 1.2-liter petrol (with a 5-speed manual), 1.5-liter diesel (6-speed MT), and 1-litre turbo-petrol (6-speed manual, optional 7-speed DCT) options. The turbo-petrol option also gets an optional 6-speed iMT (clutch-less) with a manual shifter.
Additional highlights of the Hyundai Venue include auto climate control with rear AC vents, a sunroof, push-button start/stop, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Hyundai’s BlueLink connected car tech, wireless mobile charging, power accessories, alloy wheels, keyless entry, automatic emergency braking, cruise control, lane departure warning with steering assist, and forward-collision assist with pedestrian detection. Safety features on the hatchback are up to six airbags, electronic stability control, and vehicle stability management.
