Hyundai has remained quiet for a pretty long while in the Indian automobile market and has barely participated in the ongoing frenzy of new launches, but taking into consideration the markets other than ours this South Korean manufacturer recently introduced a vehicle which has turned a lot of heads.
Ahead of the 2010 Paris Motor Show which is going to be the venue of Hyundai’s next two important launches, the company has unveiled the pictures of the Hyundai ix20, MPV based on the Kia Venga platform and is targeted at the European market.
For the time being the car will not be heading towards the Indian market but will compete against the Honda Jazz and the upcoming Maruti Suzuki R3 MPV. The car is expected to go on sale from 2010 November mid.

The car will be offered in two petrol variants while other variants are expected to be added soon after its launch.
