The flagship Hyundai Ioniq 9 electric SUV has finally been unveiled at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Expo 2025. Hyundai Ioniq 9 Revealed at Bharat Mobility Expo 2025
The large SUV from Hyundai boasts a modern appearance along with a boxy silhouette. At the front, the first thing that one notices is the bold design with Parametric Pixels integrated into LED headlamps and lower fascia which contains a broad black panel and a rugged skid plate underneath the bumper. This lends it an adventurous appearance. On the sides, the squarish wheel arches with black claddings and dual-tone alloy wheels ooze an opulent demeanour. The black side pillars, chrome frame around the windows and flush-fitting door panels look modern too. Finally, the tail end contains an upright stance with vertically oriented LED taillamps and a sporty bumper. All in all, it certainly looks unlike anything else on the road.

The Hyundai Ioniq 9 comes with a large 110.3 kWh battery pack in two variants – Long Range and Performance. The power and torque figures for the Long Range are from 217 PS / 350 Nm to 313 PS / 700 Nm, while they are an impressive 435 PS / 700 Nm with the performance version, respectively. The WLTP range on a single charge is a healthy 620 km. It supports 350 kW DC fast charging which allows the battery to go from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes. Other key amenities include 400-volt / 800-volt architecture and V2L capabilities. The acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h comes up in just 5.2 seconds. It is certainly an impressive SUV in every regard.
