The Hyundai Grand i10 was seen properly in flesh at dealerships ahead of its launch tomorrow. The new images reveal the rear and side profile styling elements.
Hyundai’s latest hatchback, the Grand i10 Nios is scheduled for launch tomorrow but ahead of its launch, it has already started arriving at the dealerships. Hyundai has already opened bookings for the Nios for a token amount of Rs. 11,000. The final prices and deliveries would be announced tomorrow at the launch. These new images of the Grand i10 Nios from a Hyundai dealership gives us a closer look of how the car will look in flesh.
The spotted Grand i10 Nios was in the top-spec Asta trim and in the new Alpha Blue shade for Hyundai. The car gets a blacked-out cascading grille with new angular LED DRLs, swept-up headlamps with projector lens and new triangular housings in the bumper for the projector fog lamps.
The rear section of the car can also be seen properly for the first time. It gets small wraparound taillights, new rear bumper with the triangular reflectors and a chrome bar on the boot-lid. The Grand i10 badge is gone and in place sits the Nios badge below the Hyundai logo. On the sides, there’s a X-motif on the blacked-out C-pillar with the ‘G-i10’ moniker and it also gets X-inspired diamond cut alloy wheels. The car also gets chrome door handles and auto folding ORVMs as well.

We had already given you a glimpse of the interiors. It gets a new 8-inch floating infotainment screen. Gone are the round AC vents as there are new horizontal AC vents below the infotainment screen. It also gets a new automatic climate control unit, a new steering wheel and a 5.3-inch MID with digital speedometer. There are also some textured hexagonal motifs on the dashboard and the door panels which particularly look very quirky.

The Grand i10 Nios is expected to continue with the same engines as is found in the regular Grand i10. That means it will get the 1.2L petrol and diesel engines. Both engines will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard and there will also be the option of the 5-speed AMT found in the Santro.
