Hyundai Eon Official Launch is just around the corner on 13th October 2011 in India. Official teaser website and TV commercial campaigns are going on at good pace and there is lot of excitement for EON among small car byers this festival season. The advanced bookings are already on, however, so far we don’t have any numbers for the bookings till date, but that number is also expected to be announced on the day of the official launch. In recent turn of events, sidindica user on popular Indian automobile forum Team-BHP has shared clear pictures of the Official Hyundai Eon Brochure. The Hyundai EON or Hyundai HA aka Hyundai 800 has taken several years of research and development to come out in the shape in which it stands today, almost one week from its official launch in India.

All You Need To Know About Hyundai Eon

The above image form the brochure gives a clear front side view of Eon showing the dual front grille design which contains license plate in the middle. Also the front bumpers have integrated front fog lamps which are triangular in profile. The grille design seems to be inspired by the design language of Hyundai i10. The clear glass headlamps have integrated turn indicator lights and have multi-angle reflection arrangement inside the headlamp housing. The headlamps are wrapped around the front and sides and give Eon a very premium looks. Also the slightly bulging wheel arches give it a larger look. The front overhand ahead of front wheels is little and gives Eon a very compact looks with high visibility from the inside. There is slight tinge of chrome in the upper part of the front grille with Hyundai Logo in the middle almost like the Hyundai i10 also adds to aesthetics.
The door handles and outside mirrors are body coloured in higher models giving it’s a more attractive and sporty look. The wheels also have full wheel caps which make them look better. The side profile also makes is look good compared to the other cars in this engine displacement and price segment (Maruti Alto and Chevrolet Spark).

Hyundai Eon has fairly good width of 1550 mm with length of 3495 mm and height of 1500 mm, the Eon packs ample space in its segment. Also the packaging of the Eon seems to be done very nicely to make it feel even more spacious by keeping the front seats slim, door trims slim and the front console with high space on the lower side of it. Also the light coloured two tome interiors add to the feeling of space with the pleasing shades. The Eon also features black-silver 3 spoke steering wheel.

On safety features, the top end variant adds airbag, for convince there is tilt adjust steering wheel, 2-Din Audio system with Aux-input and USB input. Also there is a gear shift indicator built into the instrument console display for fuel efficient driving.

The central console of the Hyundai Eon is very premium in styling and looks far better than the competing Maruti Alto and Chevrolet Spark.

The dashboard of the Hyundai Eon is very upmarket in terms of styling and finish. It gives a feel of much better car form inside in its price segment.
