Hyundai has launched the Adventure Edition for Creta and Alcazar mid-size SUVs in India. Essentially, it is for adventure seekers. Creta is the highest-selling mid-size SUV in the country. Its latest tech and convenience features, diversified powertrain options, and great dealership and service network are the most compelling reasons why people are opting for it. Alcazar is the 7-seat version of the Creta. With the competition in the segment rising, Hyundai brings this special edition model of the mighty Creta to keep it fresh. Hyundai Creta Adventure Edition (AE) – Styling Changes
As is the case with a lot of special edition models of various cars, the exterior bears some aesthetic distinctions. First of all, Hyundai offers it in a new Ranger Khaki colour which symbolizes adventure. Then there are elements like rugged door cladding, Adventure emblem, sporty 17-inch black alloy wheels with front red brake callipers, black treatment on the grille, roof rails, skid plates, shark fin antenna, dark chrome Creta & Alcazar lettering, black ORVMs and C-pillars. In total, the Creta AE comes with 4 monotone (Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey and new Range Khaki) and 2 dual-tone colours (Atlas White with Abyss Black and new Range Khaki with Abyss Black).

Interior Changes
On the inside, the overall layout and configuration remains the same as the regular model. But there are some specific modifications as well. This includes things like an all-black interior theme with light Sage Green inserts, exclusive Adventure Edition seats with mountains illustration, 21 unique features like a Dashcam, 3D designer adventure mats, sporty metal pedals, and more. These are geared toward adventure seekers who often prefer the all-black colour theme for the cabin. This special edition Creta will be based on the SX and SX(O) trims.

The Adventure Edition is available with the 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine in manual transmission in SX trim and IVT automatic gearbox in SX(O) trim. This mill churns out a familiar 115 PS and 144 Nm of peak power and torque. The prices of these two trims are Rs 15.17 lakh and Rs 17.89 lakh, ex-showroom respectively. Interestingly, this special edition model in Alcazar is offered with the punchy 1.5-litre turbo petrol and the 1.5-litre turbo diesel powertrains. The prices range from Rs 19.03 lakh to Rs 21.23 lakh, ex-showroom.
