A Hyderabad man becomes the first owner of the Aprilia RS 457 in India as he documents the delivery process. The RS 457 is inspired from its elder siblings in the international markets. Aprilia offers some premium motorcycles for the riding enthusiasts. In fact, with a rich legacy and racing DNA, it is a prominent choice among the riding enthusiasts. He even gives a brief speech telling everyone how excited and proud he is about his latest acquisition. In fact, he even thanks the dealership staff for their relentless assistance during the purchase procedure. There is the traditional cake-cutting ceremony as everyone applauds in appreciation to celebrate the occasion. In the final part of the video, the dealership staff is seen talking to the owner telling him to be gentle with the bike until the first service. It takes place at 1,000 km or 1 month (whichever is earlier). But the bike owners tells her that he is aware of these practices since he has owned many bikes in the past.
The Aprilia RS 457 comes with a potent 457-cc BS6 Phase 2 liquid-cooled parallel-twin DOHC engine which generates a decent 48 PS of peak power. This engine pairs with a sporty 6-speed transmission with a ride-by-wire technology. The kerb weight of the motorcycle is 175 kg. The front brake diameter is 320 mm and the rear brake diameter is 220 mm. Moreover, it features 41 mm Upside Down fork at the front and a monoshock absorber at the rear with dual-channel ABS. Also, the front tyre measures 110 / 70 – 17 and the rear tyre has 150 / 60 – 17 profile. It comes in a single fully-loaded trim which retails for Rs 4.10 lakh, ex-showroom.
