The design of the WRV is based on the Jazz. While Honda has worked hard to give the WRV its own identity, there are certain bits that are unmistakably Jazz like. The side profile and the rear bear strong resemblance to the Jazz. The front end, however, looks quite different. It gets a flatter, more upright bonnet, which along with the increase in the ride height, give it a very SUV-like stance. It gets bigger 16-inch wheels and body cladding all around.
Like the WRV, the S-Cross also has the appearance of a jacked up hatchback. But since it has been designed that way from the ground up, it doesn’t look like its trying to hard. The Maruti S Cross is much bigger than the WRV in terms of size.
