HMSI, has launched Honda Gold Wing- GL1800 touring motorcycle on its 40th anniversary in India. Introduced in 1975, Gold Wing completes it 40 years now. Holding the title of world’s best touring motorcycle, this bike gives a whole new riding experience. This bike will be offered in two variants- Gold Wing Audio Comfort and Gold Wing Airbag. Gold Wing Airbag comes with fully-integrated airbag.
It is powered by a six-cylinder 1832cc power engine. This bike gives the rider a comfortable ride even over large distances, rugged and twisted roads. It gets larger panniers with a 150 litres capacity.
It comes with a 6-speaker 80W SRS surround-sound system allowing the users to listen to superior quality music. For safety purpose, it is equipped with features like Combined Braking System (CBS) and an Antilock Braking System (ABS). Other innovative features include electric reverse system which is beneficial in congested areas and cruise-control system.

This bike is designed to give a comfortable and unique journey to the rider. To make it useable in all weathers, it comes with 5 position heated grips, adjustable heated seats and foot-warming system. Equipped with innovative and latest technology and features which are rarely seen in motorcycles in India, this motorcycle is expected to attract a lot of audience.

The price details of Honda Gold Wing are as follows-
- 40th Anniversary Edition- Gold Wing Audio Comfort will be available in Dual Tone Candy Prominence Red colour at a price tag of Rs.28.50 lakh (Ex-showroom).
- Gold Wing Airbag will be available in Pearl Glare White color at Rs. 31.50 lakh (Ex-showroom).
