Conducting a drag race is one way of comparing the straight line acceleration of two vehicles.
This Honda Elevate vs Skoda Kushaq drag race competition is mighty exciting. I have covered numerous drag race events in the past where owners test the straight-line acceleration of their vehicles. Skoda Kushaq is a driving enthusiast SUV which people purchase for utter driving pleasure. On the other hand, the Elevate is the latest mid-size SUV from Honda which utilizes the familiar i-VTEC engine from the Honda City. Let us delve deep into the details of this drag race.

Honda Elevate vs Skoda Kushaq Drag Race
This video comes from TORQUED on YouTube. The vlogger has the two SUVs side-by-side. He clarifies that the Kushaq has a 6-speed automatic transmission, whereas the Elevate has a 6-speed manual. For the first round, the Kushaq is in normal mode with AC on. The Elevate doesn’t come with drive modes. On the count of three, the two accelerate hard. The Kushaq took the win in the first round, which was a bit unexpected. For the second and third rounds, the Kushaq driver switched the AC off and engaged Sport Mode. Surprisingly, both SUVs were neck-to-neck for the most part. Finally, the Elevate was able to take the win in both rounds. Therefore, the two SUVs even performed a rolling race where the Elevate came out on top.
