The revamped Honda dealerships are going to provide a new customer experience with design and technology along with the introduction of iWorkshop.
In sync with Maruti Suzuki and Mahindra along with Tata Motors, Honda Cars India has now announced that it is going to revamp its entire dealership network in India. The revamp will be focused on providing a new experience to its customer with the help of latest design as well as technology. All its existing showrooms, as well as service centers, are going to adopt a new corporate identity. This new identity will be achieved by revamping the aesthetic through new exteriors, interiors as well as offering a new customer interface. The said task will be achieved in a span of the next three years.
One of the main highlights of this new exterior design includes all-new exterior design for the dealership with bold and impact logos. This will help the dealership get a unique look and helps it stand out in the urban environment. There is going to be a very large red coloured entry portal which is designed in such a way that it is going to be hard to miss even in fast-moving traffic. In addition to this, the reduced glazing from the previous design is going to help reduction of heat and hence result in better energy efficiency.

Under this new corporate identity, the showroom’s interiors will be designed in such a way that they offer a warm and welcoming feeling to the customers. To further enhance the experience, there will be clutter free and friendly space. In addition to this, the distinct areas of car display and customer interaction have been made in such a way that they flow into each other and provide a seamless interaction with one another.
There is also going to be a common customer lounge for sales and service customers which is going to offer the highest level of comfort and convenience. The inclusion of wood décor in the entire showroom and a Café add a warm and cosy feeling for the customer.

The modern showrooms include enhanced focus on technology and digitalisation, offering a myriad of Interactive user experience. Use of expansive 75’’ LED screen for video driven product explanation, Accessory and Color configurators will help to connect with customers using digital medium.
The iWorkshop would help provide real-time updates and a more holistic after-sales experience to Honda customers. Tablet-based smoother check-in, Estimate on emails, Efficient bay management, Re-estimate approval & Online payment being very convenient for pick and drop car are some of the key features of iWorkshop and facilitated through Honda Connect application. This will enhance transparency in workshop operations thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
