There has been lots of buzz, spy pictures, speculations and rumors around the new model of Honda CRV 2012 globally. Its under development for more than an year and has been spotted testing many a times in various countries of the world. Few weeks back, Honda released the official images and details of the Honda CRV 2012 on their official website and most of the mysteries unfolded there. As per the latest reports, Honda CRV 2012 will go on sales in Japan on December 2nd 2011 and will later on go to global markets in the coming months.

The car will be exhibited at the Auto Expo 2012 in Delhi in January 2012 and we expect the launch of the CRV in India to happen anytime after that. We will not be surprised even if it is launched that Auto Expo itself for Indian market. The new CRV comes with more fuel efficient 2.4L i-VTEC four cylinder engine that produces 185 BHP of max power and 220 Nm of peak torque and is coupled to a five-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is expected to be in the range of 11 to 13 KMPL.
