Honda has priced the CB Hornet 160R at Rs. 80,431 (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Dealers are currently accepting bookings for the bike for an amount of INR 5,000. Bookings can also be made via the Andriod App available in the Android Play Store.

The Hornet 160R is powered by the same 162.71 cc engine that powers the Unicorn 160cc variant. However, for the CB Hornet the power and torque figures are slightly higher than what the CB Unicorn has to offer. Max. power stands at 15.67 bhp @ 8500 rpm and peak torque is 14.76 Nm @ 6500 rpm. Transmission duties are handled by a 5-speed transmission. Also, the engine gets Honda’s famous HET for optimized fuel mileage.

Honda is claiming a fuel mileage of 58.9 kpl for the Hornet. In real world conditions, the Hornet can easily deliver over 50 kmpl under normal riding conditions.
