Tug of War has become increasingly popular among YouTubers these days. Check out this video of Honda Activa and Suzuki Access 125
The tug of war between Honda Activa and Suzuki Access 125 is quite interesting. This is because the former has a 100cc engine, while the latter boasts a 125cc engine. At first glance, it seems like unfair competition. But the performance of both these scooties is almost similar. Hence, the YouTuber decided to go through with the tug of war. Here are the results that might surprise some people.

Honda Activa vs Suzuki Access – Tug of War
The location chosen for this competition is an off-beat track with a dirt road. The traction on this road is not the best. The scooties have been tied with a rope from the rear grab handles. Being at the same height makes for great balance for the event. In the first attempt, both the bikes were given full throttle but no one emerged a clear victor. This was repeated in the subsequent trials too. Interestingly, the slightly bigger engine of the Access 125 didn’t give it too much advantage in real-world conditions and it was not able to pull the Activa convincingly even once. While it looked like the Access 125 was slightly more powerful, there was no clear winner and the tug of war ended in a tie.
In the latest 6G avatar, the Honda Activa comes with a 109.5 cc engine that outputs 7.79 PS and 8.79 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. There are drum brakes at both ends and ABS is not available even as an option. Activa costs Rs 70,599 for the base trim and Rs 72,345 for the top trim (all prices ex-showroom).

On the other hand, the Suzuki Access 125 has a 124 cc fuel-injected engine producing 8.7 PS and 10 Nm of peak power and torque output respectively. There is an option of a front disc brake but there is no ABS. The prices of the Access 125 range between Rs 75,600 and Rs 84,800, ex-showroom. We urge you not to perform tug of war yourself as it could damage the components of bikes and cars.
