What is interesting is the fact that he doesn’t simply purchase the materials to create this. Instead, he manufactures the mechanical components using his own machinery and equipment. In this video, he shows how was able to create a wheel from scratch which was best suited for this innovative design. He uses various techniques to get the right shape and size. In addition, he ensures that the wheel hubs were capable of carrying the load of the bike easily without compromising safety.

After the entire process of making the hubless wheel is complete, he installs the tyre. Once the wheel hub design was complete, wrapping the rubber around it was quite straightforward. Then they had to take out the entire assembly on the original bike including the swing arm. Therefore, he even constructed a new swingarm and brakes which could be accommodated on this bike.
