The price of Hero Xtreme 200S and Xtreme 200R have been slightly increased. The fully-faired version receives its first hike in just two months of launch.
Hero has updated the price of Xtreme 200S and Xtreme 200R in India. The fully-faired bike gets its first hike of Rs 900, whereas the Xtreme gets its third hike of Rs 1000. The 200S is now priced at Rs 99,400 and the 200R goes for Rs 91,900 (ex-showroom).
The reason for the price hike remains unknown, but we expect an increase in the manufacturing costs. As for the Xtreme 200R, it was launched at Rs 88,000, which later increased to 90,900 and then the latest price.
The Xpulse 200 Twins get no price hike as of now. The Xpulse 200 is available in Carburettor and FI variants, priced at Rs 97,000 and 1.05 Lakhs, respectively. The touring-oriented 200T is priced at Rs 94,000 (all prices ex-showroom Delhi).

All four motorcycles share the same engine. The air-cooled single-cylinder 199.5cc engine produces 18.4 BHP at 8000 RPM and 17.1 Nm of torque at 6500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox, but the gearing ratios are a bit different for all of them.
Xtreme 200R is a naked street bike, whereas the 200S is a fully-faired sportsbike. Telescopic forks at the front and a 10-step adjustable monoshock for the Xpulse Twins and a 7-step adjustable monoshock for the Xtreme twins.
All the four motorcycles are equipped with a single-channel ABS with front and rear disc brakes as standard fitment. We rode the Xtreme 200S at the Buddh International Circuit, so check out our review below.
