Hero XPulse India Debut at Auto Expo 2018
The new Hero XPulse India debut has finally taken place. The motorcycle gets the same engine that powers the recently introduced Xtreme 200R. Basically, the XPulse is a dual-purpose motorcycle from Hero MotoCorp that made its global premiere at the EICMA 2017. Powering the Xpulse will be a new 200cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that outputs a maximum power of 18.1 Bhp along with a peak torque of 17.1 Nm. The new motorcycle will soon make its India debut at the fast-approaching Auto Expo 2018 next week.

Hero XPulse India – Design
The XPulse concept gets a larger front wheel, which, at least in the concept stage, comes shod with Metzeler off-road tyre. It also gets twin long-travel front forks with rubber fork gaiters, a raised front fender that is typical of an adventure motorcycle, and a round headlight that is flanked by a windscreen. The new Hero Xpulse concept offers an enduro-bike-like handlebar along with olive green-coloured handguards.
The fuel tank has well-defined knee recesses and the new motorcycle boats a very upright stance. There’s a one-piece seat that, again in adventure bike fashion, goes on to extend onto the fuel tank. There is really no information on the engine at the moment. However, there are very good chances that the new motorcycle will come with a motor that’s based on the engine for the upcoming Xtreme 200S. The production-spec Hero Xtreme 200S will make its debut at the Auto Expo 2018. The motorcycle features an upswept exhaust and the new XPulse is built around a single-downtube chassis with a box-section swingarm. Both the wheels get a disc brake each. The rear also gets a monoshock suspension.
