The spy shots of Hero Xpulse 200 have been leaked from a TVC uploaded on Youtube. We expect the adventure bike to be launched in the March-April period.
Finally, we have some clear shots of the upcoming HeroXpulse 200. A Youtube video or a TVC showed the off-roading prowess of the ADV, from where we have taken the shots. However, the video has been removed now.
This indicates that the launch is expected very soon. As far our speculations go, we say that Hero might launch the ADV in March-April period. However, reports say that its road-biased version, Xpulse 200T, will be launched later.
It has been over a year since Hero has showcased the Xpulse 200, at 2018 Auto Expo. The upcoming ADV bike replaces the Hero Impulse, which was discontinued a couple of years back.

The video showed the Hero Xpulse 200 off-roading at Big Rock Motopark in Bangalore. The video consisted of two bikes – a production-spec version and the second one seems to be a factory custom variant.
In the photos, the Hero Xpulse 200 is spotted with dual-purpose tires, raised front mudguard, rubber gaiters, a higher placed exhaust canister and a single compact seat.
The fuel tank is borrowed from Karizma, which actually creates a problem in the handling. As a result, the rider is unable to grip his knees properly. A taller tank will help the rider in a proper standing position, further helping in gripping the knees.

The factory custom variant can be seen with many considerable changes. For instance, the ground clearance is higher and the tail piece has been removed. A custom seat also replaces the regular seat on the Xpulse 200.
We expect this modified variant to particularly run for the local motocross and races. Although, it looks like a complete dirt bike on which you can stunt easily. There are chances that this particular variant might also be offered.

Our price expectations for the Xpulse 200 range between Rs 1.1 Lakhs to Rs 1.2 Lakhs (ex-showroom). It will be the cheapest ADV motorcycle on offer, replacing Royal Enfield Himalayan for this position.
