From the recently shared photo of Hero Xpulse 200 and 200T, further details have escalated. Most likely, it will get a fuel injection system as standard.
A couple of days back, we saw the Hero Xpulse 200 and 200T in production ready avatars. However, from that photo, we get some further details of its engine. Both the variants will sport Fuel injection system.
If you look closely, you can spot white FI stickers just below the fuel tank. It uses the same engine that comes on the Xtreme 200R. However, the engine on the naked streetbike gets Carburettor fuel system.
Further, Hero Xpulse 200 will get a better features list than the Xtreme 200R. The latter is one of the least feature equipped motorcycles in its 200cc bikes segment.

Xpulse 200 and 200T will use the same 199.5cc air-cooled engine that produces 18.4 BHP and 17.1 Nm of peak torque, with the motor mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The torque generation will be tweaked for a better low-range performance.
With fuel injection, the mileage might be higher than what we achieved on the Xtreme 200R. Roughly, we can expect a fuel economy of 40-42 kmpl. The carburettor variant will also be available alongside.
Features onboard will include single-channel ABS, LED headlamps, a digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth integrated console with inbuilt GPS and call notifications and steel bash plates.

200T, on the other hand, gets blacked out alloy wheels, a lower placed handlebar, lower ground clearance, textured seat and a regular positioned exhaust.
