Hero MotoCorp has updated the Hero Super Splendor 125cc commuter motorcycle. The bike as with some of the other recent launches made by the company, only gets cosmetic upgrades. The bike is pretty popular anyway, and there is no need to fix something that doesn’t need to be.
This is a slight update as compared to the previous model, there have been some additions in terms of equipment, some equipment has been removed and as with any update made to most cars/bikes in India, new body graphics have been added. Read all the changes made to the bikes in detail below

What’s New?
The Super Splendor is still powered by a single-cylinder, 125-cc 9 BHP/ 10.35 Nm engine which is mated to a 4-speed transmission.
Additions made to the bike include:
- A new side stand indicator which was first introduced in the Hero range with the Splendor iSmart
- New paint options as shown below

Hero has removed the front disc brake variant of the bike as the same variant provided for the previous variant did not sell as much as expected. Braking duties on the new bike are handled by 130-mm drums at the front and rear.
