Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest selling motorcycle manufacturer, has come a long way since its divorce with Japanese partner Honda. Powering the Hero Hastur is a 620cc parallel-twin engine that boasts of Hero’s patented CSI cylinder head technology. The bike enjoys a maximum power of 80PS, which is enough to bestow this 159.7 kgs motorcycle with a decent power-to-weight ratio. If claims from Hero are anything to go by, the Hastur can dismiss 100 kmph from standstill in just 3.8 seconds and hit a top whack of 240kmph! True, the Hastur is far from its launch, but the very thought of a performance-oriented Hero motorcycle leaves us excited. The Hero Hastur 620 looks decidedly sporty with various streetfighter elements and a yellow grey colour scheme. The Hasturn measures 2015 mm in length, 820 mm in width and 1120 mm in height. The front-end is characterized by the LED-equipped projector headlights and upside down (USD) forks. At the rear, the Hastur gets a monoshocks suspension.
