Harley Davidson has reduced the price of the Street 750 by Rs 65,000 while the Street Rod gets a massive price cut of up to Rs 77,000, thus making the entry-level Harley models in India all the more lucrative.
If you had your eyes set on the entry-level Harley Davidson models in India, there’s great news for you. Harley Davidson has reduced the prices of the Street 750 and Street Rod models by a huge margin and this is perhaps the best time to get your hands on one. The Harley Davidson Street 750 is the most affordable model from the company in India and it sees a massive price cut of Rs 65,000.
The BS6 Street 750 was earlier priced from Rs 5.34 lakh in India, but now, price for the model starts from as low as Rs 4.69 lakh. That makes it the most affordable Harley Davidson motorcycle there has ever been in India. However, this price is exclusive only to the Vivid Black color option. If you opt for any other single tone or dual-tone color, you will have to pay a price of Rs 4.81 lakh. It’s still the most affordable a Harley has ever been in India by a huge margin.
As for the Harley Davidson Street Rod, prices of this model has gone down by as much as Rs 77,000. The Street Rod previously had a starting price of Rs 6.55 lakh in India. After the price cut, it now starts from Rs 5.99 lakh. This price is again exclusive to the Vivid Black color option while other single-tone and dual-tone color options are priced at Rs 6.10 lakh, instead of the previous Rs 6.67 and Rs 6.87 lakh, respectively.

Both the Harley Davidson Street 750 and Street Rod are powered by the 749 cc liquid-cooled, V-Twin Revolution X engine and churns out 60 Nm of peak torque at 3750 rpm. For both the models, the engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Harley Davidson does not ever mention the power output of their engines, so you’ll just have to do with the torque figure instead. The Street 750 is Harley’s best selling model in India but with these price cuts, the Street Rod could join the league soon. In fact, it is the dual-tone variants of the Street Rod that sees the maximum price cut of Rs 77,000.

As for underpinnings, the Street 750 uses telescopic forks at the front while the rear gets twin shock absorbers. Meanwhile, the Street Rod is suspended by USD forks at the front while the rear gets piggy-back shocks. Both motorcycles get disc brakes at both end with dual-channel ABS for braking duties. The entry-level Harley Davidson models are ever more lucrative now, with the entry point in the Harley Davidson family a lot more accessible now.
