You can see this guy taking the delivery of his brand new BS6 Volkswagen Polo. Looks like it is the Highline Plus TSI variant because you can see the TSI branding but no GT. In a few seconds, you can see he takes off the delivery station in his new car. Everything seems normal and after 5 seconds, the car crashes into a gate.

We are not sure how it happened exactly. Possibly, the driver might have lost control or simply, he does not know how to drive properly. After dodging another new Polo, it loses control and crashes into the gate of the showroom. The speed seems to be roughly 30 km/hr because the impact is such that the car toppled. Some fans also say that he could just not handle the might of a TSI engine.
One thing is for sure that we can see the impact on the car is hardly negligible. Also, the owner came out quickly out of the car and remained unhurt. Polo is one of the safest hatchbacks in India, scoring 4-star safety rating in the global NCAP Crash tests. There are multiple accidents that we have seen involving a Polo and all of the passengers have remained safe.
With the BS6 version, Volkswagen decided to offer the TSI engine with the Highline Plus variant and not just with GT trims. Under the hood, you have a 1.0 Litre three-cylinder turbo petrol engine that produces 110 PS and 175 Nm of peak torque. Polo comes mated to a 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT for the TSI variants and a standard 5-speed MT for the MPI variants.
