Recently, the well-known actress shared pictures of her camping trip on her Instagram profile. For her trip, she took a Mahindra Scorpio N along. The modified SUV features a rooftop tent which she used for shelter and rest during the camping trip. The Mahindra Scorpio N with a Rooftop Tent looks like a perfect camping companion.

Gul Panag and Son Camp in Mahindra Scorpio N
As you can see in the images above, Gul Panag took her son on the trip as well. She also shared details about her trip on Instagram. She mentioned that she got help from ‘Mahindra Adventure’ and ‘Mahindra Scorpio’ for this trip. In the captions, she said, “a big shout-out to my favourites at @mahindraadventure for organizing this @mahindra.scorpio.official. We had an amazing weekend amidst the pine trees with clean air, under the stars—thanks to you all.”
Gul Panag picked a top-end diesel automatic Mahindra Scorpio N 4×4 model for this trip. The modified SUV features a compact rooftop tent that is mounted on a platform placed on the roof. It seems to be a custom setup that replaces the stock roof rails. When folded, the tent seems to smoothly blend into the car’s design and does not look odd. The whole setup seems very user-friendly and can be operated by one person easily. You can see the tent unfolding in one of the videos. It is not clear if Gul Pang owned this model or borrowed it for a trip.
Actor Uses Iron Man Tent
Regarding her experience with her son, Gul Panag wrote, “We first took Nihal camping two years ago when he was 3.” The actress and her son can be seen comfortably sitting in the tent. “This time, we tried a new tent from my friends @nomadadventuresoverland, and we loved it. It’s much easier to set up than my older Iron Man tent (which is faster than a conventional tent that @sherbir and I have grown up pitching—tired, hungry, and often in pouring rain). And it’s equally quick to pack up,” she added.

The Mahindra Scorpio N comes in both petrol and diesel engine options. However, only the diesel engine option comes with the 4×4 feature. The 2.2-litre diesel offers 132PS/ 300Nm or 175PS/ up to 400Nm, depending on the variant. It comes with manual and automatic transmissions. Safety features on the car include up to six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and hill-assist control. Additionally, it comes with dual-zone climate control, cruise control, a 6-way powered driver seat, and a single-pane sunroof.
