Tata Motors is offering hefty discount and offers on all cars, especially the BS6 Harrier Manual and Automatic Variants.
If you are planning to buy the Tata Harrier, now is the good time. Despite being launched just some months ago, Tata is offering hefty offers on the SUV. It’s not just Harrier but Tata is also offering discounts on the Tigor, Tiago and Nexon. However, Altroz is currently available without any official discounts.
For the Harrier Manual and Automatic, Tata is offering a discount of up to Rs 45,000. This include Rs 30,000 exchange bonus and Rs 15,000 corporate bonus. There’s no official cash discount available, however, you might still get it at dealership level. Usually, dealerships offer more discounts or add up some accessories for free.

The prices of BS6 Harrier Manual variants start at Rs 13.69 Lakhs up to Rs 18.95 Lakhs. The automatic variants are priced from Rs 16.25 Lakhs going up to Rs 20.25 Lakhs (all prices ex-showroom). With the BS6 upgrade and automatic variants coming in, the price range of Harrier has increased by nearly Rs 2 Lakhs!
BS6 Harrier continues with the same 2.0 Litre diesel engine but now produces 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak torque. The engine is sourced from Fiat but gets a Variate Geometry Turbocharger for better pickup and also fuel efficiency. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed MT and a 6-speed torque converter AT.
There are reports suggesting that in a couple of months, it will also get a new turbo petrol engine. Most of the SUVs in this space offer a petrol as well as a diesel engine. Harrier might get an all-new 1.5 Litre turbo petrol unit that will produce more than 150 PS of power. Even it will get the same manual and automatic gearbox options.
