Maruti Suzuki is offering heavy discounts on S-Presso of up to Rs 50,000. The prices of the hatch commence at Rs 3.70 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
Maruti S-Presso is the latest hatchback in India that is priced under Rs 5 Lakhs. It goes against the likes of Tata Tiago, Maruti WagonR, Renault Kwid, Hyundai Santro and Datsun GO. S-Presso is a micro SUV, basically a hatchback but with the styling of an SUV. That makes it a perfect rival for the Renault Kwid.
For the month of July 2020, Maruti is offering hefty discount and offers on the S-Presso. Now, you can get up to Rs 50,000 discount on a brand new S-Presso. This includes Rs 25,000 cash discount, Rs 20,000 exchange bonus and a corporate discount of Rs 5000. Exchange bonus and corporate discount can depend on you.

The prices of Maruti S-Presso now commence at Rs 3.70 Lakhs going up to Rs 5.04 Lakhs (ex-showroom). If this discount is applied, you can get the car for a very cheap price. With discounts applied, the top-spec trim of S-Presso will get even cheaper than the base variant of WagonR and Celerio.
S-Presso gets a 1.0 Litre three-cylinder petrol engine that produces 69 PS and 91 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed MT and a 5-speed AMT. The hatch can achieve 0-100 km/hr in just above 8 seconds. Our drive experience suggested us that the S-Presso is quite peppy because of low weight.
Features onboard include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple Car Play, Rear Parking Sensors, Electric Adjustment for ORVMs, digital speedometer inspired from MINI, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, All Four Power Windows And Fog Lamps. The top-end variant comes with enough features that are useful for your daily travel.
