As per the information in the video, the group was going to a bar to have some drinks. However, the traffic conditions near Gurugram were so horrific that one person got too frustrated. Resultantly, he decided to make the roof of his car the bar. He is seen enjoying himself just like someone would while sitting in a cosy bar.

People are seen making videos of the man as he finds himself in the thick of unmoving traffic. His friends from inside the car are passing him the glass and he is seen filling it with what looks like beer.
