This has to be India’s first Mahindra Scorpio N camper van that features on YouTube. Scorpio is a name that is synonymous with reliability and ruggedness in our market for decades. However, Mahindra ensured that it launched a modern and comfortable version of the SUV which is when Scorpio N came into being. Since then, the waiting periods have been over 1 year for some particular variants in some cities. Mahindra Scorpio N Camper Van
The video has been uploaded by Ghumakkad Bugz on YouTube. This channel features content around vehicles that have been converted into caravans. The YouTuber is himself an adventure seeker and has converted his SUV into a camping van too. But he is interviewing another interesting person who has made a house from his Scorpio N. A water tank installed on the roof has a capacity of 30 litres. There is a mini-pump attached to it and the tank has been painted black to absorb heat. The sun heats up the water used by the man to bathe and do the dishes.

Then, the boot space has been converted into a kitchen top with closed drawers during driving. When they open up, a kitchen top and compartments are revealed to store all the family’s eatables. Yes, three people are living out of this Scorpio N. To power everything, the man has installed a generator that gets charged during driving. It can also be plugged in at charging points for around 5 hours to fully charge. There is a mini fridge that runs on AC, as well as DC power. That helps to keep cooked food, frozen food, fruits, and vegetables fresh. The second row has been converted into a bed that sleeps the family of 3.

Knowing the importance of electronic gadgets and power sockets, the man has installed plugs at various points, allowing them to charge their electronic devices. There is also a handy and utilitarian ladder at the rear to climb atop the roof. Most importantly, the man has bought a moving toilet seat that folds opens when needed to answer nature’s call and folds in place when not needed. Hence, a proper camping van has been developed by this man and he travels with his family across the country.
