The first accident of the Tata Nexon facelift has been reported and we can see that in this case, it has received no damage.
There are many many cases of mishaps when it comes to Tata Nexon. Nexon might just be in the most reported car accidents in India. However, most of them include the pre-facelifted SUV. Here is the first set of accident pictures of the Tata Nexon Facelift, which was launched in India early this year.
This time, the damaged car is Maruti Alto. Due to an emergency brake applied by Tata Nexon, the Alto could not stop in time. The roads seem wet and since this is the older Alto, it does not come with ABS. The car is expected to be travelling at just 50-60 km/hr when Alto rear-ended Tata Nexon.

Alto has taken a lot of damage on the front passenger side. The headlights, bumper, side fender and the bonnet has received severe damage. The bonnet has almost come out and so has the side fender. The occupants of Alto were safe and walked away even without any minor injuries.
As for the Nexon, it seems to be unaffected by this. Seriously, there is not even a single dent on the Nexon but just a couple of scratches. Some scratches can be seen on the boot lip while some on the rear bumper. This accident again proves the strong build quality of all the components used in making the Nexon.
The facelifted Nexon was launched in January along with Altroz. It gets a significant styling upgrade with revised bumpers, new alloy wheels and new colour options. The headlamp and taillight design have also been refreshed. Inside the cabin, Nexon facelift got cruise control, electric sunroof, automatic rain-sensing wipers and automatic headlamps.
