Ducati had been showing a lot of interest in launching a new sports bike for the Asian markets and at the 2012 Auto Expo the company launched the same. With sheer joy and excitement the company unveiled the Ducati Monster 795 a.k.a Ducati M795 and the interesting part is that it is the cheapest Ducati available in the market.
Mirko Bordiga, CEO Ducati Asia Pacific, said: “Monster has been the Ducati model sold in the highest numbers all over the world: it is an icon and represents an important part of Ducati’s history. The new Monster 795 has been thought and developed specifically for the Asian markets and for the growing group of Ducatisti in this area.”
Speaking at the launch, Ashish Chordia, CEO, Ducati India said “The new Monster 795 has been eagerly awaited in India and we have priced it attractively to make it easier for Ducatisti to own their favorite brand. This is an important model for our market and we expect it to contribute to our sales significantly. ”
Initially at the Auto Expo, the price for the bike was set as 6.99 Lakh INR but the very next day the company announced a special introductory price of Rs. 5.99 Lakh(for a limited period) making the bike even more affordable and inviting.
Announcing the revision, Ashish Chordia, CEO, Ducati India said “It was always our endeavor to price this model attractively and we have succeeded in passing on the full benefits of the Thailand FTA to our customers. The response to the Monster 795 in just two days since its launch has been overwhelming and with the special price we expect the demand to grow exponentially.”

The bike features a 803 cc engine that delivers 86 BHP @ 8250 RPM of max power and 78 Nm @ 6250 RPM of max torque and the same is coupled to a six speed gearbox.

Ducati M795/ Monster 795 Sports Bike Price In India
The actual price of the bike is Rs. 6.99 Lakh Ex-showroom Delhi but for a limited period the company is offering the same at an inviting price of Rs. 5.99 Lakh.
