Ducati, a very popular brand of superfast and some of the most beautifully carved motorcycles has given another reason for the Indian customers to smile as it opens its third dealership in Ahmadabad(Gujarat). Currently the company’s claims of selling nearly 100 units since its entrance into our market through its dealerships located at Mumbai and Gurgaon.
Now that the dealerships are ready, the company has to have something to attract new customers for the coming year. Well for that the company has some interesting plans and has announced of launching 3 new bikes of which two will be launched in January while the third will follow later during April.
Ducati 1198SP and Ducati 848 Evo will be first ones to greet the coming year in India while Ducati Diavel will arrive later and all there will be CBU units since there are no plans of localization currently.
Ducati CEO, Asia Pacific, Mirko Bordiga said, “It would also be launching two more models of its superbike series 848 Evo and 1198SP in India by January next year” He added,”The Diavel model would be available in the European and American markets by January or February 2011. The same model would be launched in India by April next year, depending upon the time it takes to clear the necessary customs and other formalities,”
