It is not often that you see issues with luxury cars but this YouTuber has shared some interesting problems with his luxury SUV.
A YouTuber has shared the details of the issues he is facing with his Range Rover SUV. Now, Range Rover is one of the most successful luxury SUV on the planet. It is a car which a lot of celebrities in the world own. In India, many Bollywood personalities, cricketing stars and businessmen possess it. However, I have not come across too many cases of people struggling with the aftersales services. Let us delve into the specifics of this latest instance.
YouTuber Shares Issues with Range Rover
The details of this case emerge from THE REGULAR INDIAN GUY on YouTube. He explains the entire saga. He alleges that he had been encountering problems with his car for a while now. In fact, he even says that he mentioned all these to the service centre staff too. However, he was not able to find a reasonable solution. The main issues in his vehicle include rattling noise inside the cabin when going over bumps, a broken transfer case, noise while adjusting the steering wheel, and the vehicle stopping suddenly while on the highway. With all these issues, he went to the service centre.
Apart from that, he even says that the attitude of the dealership staff and even the owner was not positive. Allegedly, they were not behaving well and complying with the owner and even stopped him from recording the proceedings when he went to the service centre. Also, he mentions that they have no idea how long the spare part will take to arrive since the order is placed in the UK. Finally, on this occasion, he clarified that the staff told him that the noise is the nature of the car. Further details will emerge after the service centre officials will email the YouTuber in the coming days about how to proceed further.
Our View
Now, this is one case where I would not like to pass on any judgment before we know the full picture. There are always tons of more details which we don’t know about. It is clear that the owner is frustrated with the entire chain of events. However, we would like to know the entire details before coming to any conclusions. In the meantime, we can only hope that the Tata-owned British luxury carmaker works internally to resolve this issue at the earliest. Let us keep an eye out for more details in this regard.
