We have seen some weird attempts by people to beat the insane waiting time for the Mahindra XUV700 in the past. This adds yet another way to get the SUV soon.
The demo Mahindra XUV700 does not command that same waiting time as the new one. This is quite common that people opt for demo cars to save money. But this might be the first time that people are having to think about going for the demo car to beat the long waiting times on a vehicle. To be fair, Mahindra has received over 70,000 bookings for the XUV700 amidst the global semiconductor chip shortage which is prolonging the waiting times even more. That is the reason why many people have got the delivery date of sometime in mid-2023, which sounds outrageous. The mid-size SUV has received an unprecedented response from customers and critics alike.

Demo XUV700 Has No Waiting Time
According to a certain Aminul Islam, he has received the delivery time of April 2023 after booking the SUV in October 2021. He shares his situation on the Mahindra XUV700 Club India page on Facebook. However, he received a call from the dealership offering the demo car which could be delivered to him in December 2021 itself. This is the demo car that has been parked in the showroom since 3 months. Now, this, understandably, becomes quite a conundrum. While the person wants the vehicle as soon as possible, he has doubts regarding the purchase of a 3-month-old car that has been sitting in the showroom. Also, no one knows how this demo vehicle has been used by the dealership staff although they do take care of the vehicles. He asks for suggestions on whether to buy the demo XUV700 to avoid a huge waiting time or not.
