After the discount schemes offered by Hyundai, Ford, Chevrolet and Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors has announced of an Ultimate December offer available at all the Tata dealerships for every customer and i bet so far whatever offers have been availed by other brands, the ones offered by Tata are the best.
One can drive away a brand new car for free just by visiting the nearest Tata dealerships between 6th December to 25th December. Once a customer books any of the listed vehicles, he or she will become eligible to enter an online contest where they will be asked to answer 4 simple questions along with an innovative slogan.
If your entry form gets selected and you become the chosen one then you will end up winning any of the following prizes:
- Assured prize of Free Accessories worth Rs. 1,000/-(Subjected to certain Terms & Conditions)
- In addition to the above, a daily bumper prize of “One car free”
- And “Gift Cheque of Rs. 1 lac” again as a daily bumper prize
Terms & Conditions For The Contest
- The free-to-enter promotional offer (“Dec Offer”) is open to all Indian residents aged 18 years and above except employees of Tata Motors, DRAFTFCB Ulka Advertising Pvt Ltd and O&M Pvt Ltd and their families
- The offer shall commence on 6th Dec 2010 and shall continue till 2359 hrs on 25th Dec 2010.
- The offer is valid only on the purchase of all variants of Indica, Indica Vista Indigo, Indigo Manza, Indigo Marina, Sumo, Sumo Grande, Spacio & Safari (hereinafter collectively the “vehicles”). Offer is not valid on Nano, Indicab, Aria, Ventura & Fiat products.
- Every eligible customer purchasing (with full payment) any of the vehicles during the offer period will be eligible to participate in a free-to-enter online promotion. The customer will then have to log-on via the Internet to the www.cars.tatamotors.com/decoffer.aspx website url and provide the details of: Dealer State, Dealer City, Dealer name, and the Chassis number of vehicle bought to validate his identity.
- Validated entrants would then be given an opportunity to participate in an online promotion where they would be asked to answer four multiple choice questions and also coin an original slogan. The contest form needs to be submitted online along with the name and contact details for further communication to the customer.
- Only duly completely forms correctly answering all of the multiple choice questions and containing an original slogan that are submitted on our Tata Motors website server by 2359hrs on 25th Dec 2010 will be eligible for the offer. Only one form will be allowed to be submitted per vehicle.
- For every correct entry and valid slogan there will be an assured prize of “Accessories worth Rs.1000/-”. In addition there will be a daily bumper prize of “One car free” and “Gift Cheque of Rs.1 lac”
- The forms received as above will be evaluated by a jury/ award selection team constituted by Tata Motors (at it’s sole discretion) on a daily basis (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) for the previous day. Contest forms submitted on Sundays & holidays will be evaluated along with contest forms submitted on the next day.
- Winners (one on each day of the offer – excluding Sunday/Public Holidays) will be chosen by the above mentioned jury/award selection team, who will be refunded by Tata Motors the net price of the vehicle purchased by him/her. “Net price” means the ex-showroom price of the Vehicle MINUS any schemes/discounts provided by Tata Motors for the purchase of the vehicle in question and shall not include the cost of insurance, VAT, road tax, registration, insurance, handling, logistics or any other govt. levies and taxes.
- The names of the winners declared by the above jury/ award selection team will displayed on the Tata Motors website page www.cars.tatamotors.com/decoffer_winner.aspx and also intimated at the contact details provided by them in the entry form.
- The winners will be issued a letter from Tata Motors Ltd which will need to be shown at the dealerships indicated within to avail of the refund on the vehicle in question. The refund, only by cheques /demand drafts, would be provided to the winners on production of valid authentication of identity and proof of the payment made by such winners. , The refunds will not be transferable by a winner to any third party.
- The refunds are subject to any tax or any statutory state and central levies. Winner will be liable to pay TDS in advance through a DD payable at Tata Motors Limited, Pune. Any other deductions as applicable under the provisions of law shall be made at source before refunding the amount to the winners.
- The TDS amount along with the photocopy of the Pan card of the customer, photocopy of invoice and signed customer declaration form should reach Tata Motors head office, Mumbai within 60 days of declaration of the winner, post which the scheme will be withdrawn and no benefit shall be given to the customer.
- By participating in this offer , every participant agrees to allow use of his or her name and / or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
- By entering the offer all participants accept and agree to the above terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the offer.
- Tata Motors reserves the right to change curtail or discontinue the promotion without notice. Decision of Tata Motors is final in all respects and binding on all participants to the offer and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. All disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
