Dealership Staff Crashes Kia Sonet
The details of this case have been shared by the owner with Nikhil Rana. The latter has a YouTube channel where he posts content about crashes involving cars. The aim is to make people aware of the importance of buying cars with high safety ratings. This time around, a Kia dealership in Odisha was involved. The conversation of the owner speaking to the YouTuber reveals that the mechanic was driving the car recklessly and caused an accident right in front of the owner.

He was taking the car for wheel alignment when he hit the pole due to overconfidence, as cited by the owner. It is shocking to see the damage caused by this act. One can understand how high the speed must’ve been inside the workshop to have this kind of damage. Initially, the dealership asked the owner to claim insurance. However, the owner shared the video of Nikhil Rana where a similar accident transpired. Kia replaced the car in that incident.

After watching the video, the dealership agreed to fix the car. However, the owner mentions that there has been severe damage to the mechanical, as well as aesthetic components of the Sonet. Hence, he wants the car to be replaced, which is fair. It is high time carmakers start taking strict actions against such misuse of cars at workshops. There is absolutely no fault of the owner.
