Chitrangada Singh in BMW X5
The video clip has been shared by Cars For You on YouTube. This channel keeps featuring content around prominent celebrities from various fields and their opulent automobiles. In this case, they have spotted actress Chitrangada Singh arriving at a venue in Bandra, Mumbai. She comes out of her swanky last-gen BMW X5. Needless to say, as soon as she comes out of the SUV, she is greeted by the paparazzi who are asking for her photos. They tell her to stand next to the vehicle and pose for the camera. She happily obliges before making her way into the building.

BMW X5
This is the last generation X5 that used to come in two powertrain options – a 3.0-litre 6-cylinder turbo diesel and a 3.0-litre 6-cylinder turbo petrol. The former developed a decent 262 hp and 620 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine came mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that sent power to all four wheels via BMW’s xDrive technology. The acceleration time from 0-100 km/h is just 6.5 secs which is quite impressive for such a heavy SUV. It had a top speed of 230 km/h.

On the other hand, the inline-6 petrol engine churned out a healthy 335 hp and 450 Nm of peak power and torque. This engine also came mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that powered all four wheels via the xDrive system. With this powertrain, the SUV accelerated from 0-100 km/h in just 5.5 secs and the top speed was limited to 243 km/h. The on-road price of the top model was Rs 1.15 Crore in Mumbai at the time.
