In this post, I am discussing the car collection of Unni Mukundan. He is a famous Malayalam actor who has been in the news lately for the success of his latest film, Marco. Note that he is also a film producer. His Marco movie is currently the highest-grossing A-rated action thriller in the Malayalam film industry. He commenced his career with the Tamil film, Seedan, back in 2011. Thereafter, he has worked across multiple industries including Tamil and Telugu. In 2021, he won his first national award as a producer for Meppadiyan. For now, let us glance at his car collection.

The first vehicle in the garage of the famed actor is the Mercedes-Benz GLA 200d. It is an entry-level product from the German luxury carmaker. It comes with tons of modern-day amenities including a luxurious cabin. Under its hood, you will find a peppy 2.1-litre 4-cylinder diesel engine which generates a cool 136 hp and 300 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. This engine pairs with a sporty 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox. Hence, it combines the latest luxury amenities and decent performance.

BMW iX

Next up, we have the BMW iX electric SUV. It is a famous EV from the German carmaker as loads of prominent Indian celebrities have bought it in recent times. It boasts a mammoth 111.5 kWh battery pack which enables a range of a handy 575-635 km (WLTP) on a single charge. This results in a massive 523 hp (385 kW) and 765 Nm of maximum power and torque, respectively. The power is sent to all four wheels allowing a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time of just 4.6 seconds. It offers a top speed of 200 km/h. With a fast charger, one can replenish 145 km of range in just 10 minutes. Also, 10-80% charging can be completed in just 35 minutes.

Land Rover Defender HSE

Finally, the car garage of Unni Mukundan also boasts a Land Rover Defender HSE. It is one of the most popular luxury off-roading machines on the planet. There are multiple powertrain options with the SUV. However, the most common one is the 3.0-litre turbo diesel engine which generates a decent 296 hp and 650 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. The 8-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels making it one of the most capable off-roaders around. It retails between Rs 97 lakh and Rs 2.35 Crore, ex-showroom in India. These are the vehicles the Malayalam actor owns.
