Sometimes, we hear about offers that are just too good to be true
In a rather shocking turn of events, a builder is offering a Lamborghini Urus free of cost if you purchase a villa in Noida! Yes, you heard that right. Noida has been one of the fastest-expanding regions around the national capital for the last few years. The development in this area has been enormous. This includes road infrastructure, real estate, office boulevards and much more. Obviously, people are interested in buying luxury properties in this area as the development is rapid. As a consequence, we get to know about some unusual offers, to say the least.
Get Lamborghini Urus Free on Buying a Villa in Noida
In a post by hindustanwave on Instagram, we see a detailed description about a realtor in Noida who has taken the internet by storm. He advertised a premium luxury property by Jaypee Greens in Noida. If you buy the villas in this project worth upwards of Rs 26 Crore, you are eligible to get a free Lamborghini Urus worth a whopping Rs 4 Crore. Now, I must admit, this is a deal unlike any other I have heard ever. Clearly, it is a marketing spiel to attract potential customers and gain the attention of everyone. By the way, this realtor, Gaurav Gupta, mentioned that Rs 26 Crore doesn’t include additional costs like Rs 7.5 lakh for power backup and Rs 30 lakh for designated parking. There are 3BHK, 4BHK, 5BHK and 6BHK villas in this locality with prices ranging from Rs 51 lakh to Rs 30 Crore.
The netizens were evidently confused and astonished to see this offer. Many were amused to hear such an offer and contemplated about the kind of profits the builder is still making despite offering an Urus for free. Others, unable to comprehend the offer, outrightly called it a scam. One comment that caught my eye read, “nice but he needs to give them roads to drive on as well”. He is pointing to the fact that after owning a car like the Lamborghini Urus, where will the owners drive it since the general condition of Indian roads is poor.
My View
Admittedly, this is an offer which is designed to capture the attention of everyone. Even if most of us won’t be able to afford such a villa, to see something like this on social media will certainly want us to have a conversation around it. Perhaps, that was the aim of this post anyway. In any case, it would be fascinating to see if these villas actually find buyers.
