Author’s Note
Hyundai i20 is a prominent product in the premium hatchback segment in India. This segment is led by Maruti Baleno. We must iterate that the videos on the internet should not be taken as proof to judge the build quality of any car. Only proper NCAP tests are designed in such a way that every aspect of a car is tested. This includes its body strength, as well as the effectiveness of the safety equipment on offer. Therefore, we must rely solely on the official NCAP ratings and take such videos on social media with a pinch of salt.
