Maruti has launched the Vitara Brezza facelift with a new petrol engine. The SUV now gets a 1.5 Litre four-cylinder petrol engine, that produces 104 BHP and 138 Nm of peak torque. The motor comes mated to a 5-speed MT and a 4-speed AT.
In the sub-compact SUV space, Tata has already launched the BS6 Nexon Petrol and Diesel. Ford has done with the BS6 EcoSport Petrol and Diesel. As of now, Mahindra and Venue have just launched the BS6 XUV300 Petrol and Venue Petrol. Here, we have compared the prices of all the BS6 subcompact SUVs:

In the case of petrol variants, the most affordable option is the Venue E variant. In comparison to Nexon and Venue, the base variants of EcoSport and XUV300 are priced from above Rs 8 Lakhs. For that price, you can get the second in line variant of Nexon and Venue.
The costliest top-end variant is XUV300 W8(O) priced at Rs 11.84 Lakhs. In comparison, the top model of Nexon is priced the lowest at Rs 11.20 Lakhs (all prices ex-showroom).

Mahindra XUV300 is yet to receive a BS6 compliant diesel engine. Amongst the three, again, Hyundai Venue E variant is the most affordable in the segment. As far as the top model goes, here, Tata Nexon gets the costliest with its XZA+ (O) DT variant priced at Rs 12.70 Lakhs. However, amongst the three, it is the only one to offer a diesel engine with an automatic gearbox.
