Honda has finally launched the BS6 compliant Jazz Petrol with a couple of new highlights. Here are all the new features detailed!
Honda Jazz is now the last product from the manufacturer to receive a BS6 compliant engine. Sadly, it has lost out on its highly efficient 1.5 Litre diesel engine and continues with the same 1.2 Litre i-VTEC motor. The prices have now been revealed and the pre-bookings are already ongoing across dealerships as well as on their website.
BS6 Honda Jazz will now come in three variants – V, VX and ZX – ditching out the SV and S variants. Here is the detailed variant wise price list of the updated hatchback:
New Jazz | V | VX | ZX |
Manual | Rs. 7,49,900 | Rs. 8,09,900 | Rs. 8,73,900 |
CVT Automatic | Rs. 8,49,900 | Rs. 9,09,900 | Rs. 9,73,900 |

The 1.2 Litre four-cylinder i-VTEC engine produces the same 90 PS and 110 Nm of peak torque, losing out on the fuel efficiency by a minor difference. Transmission options continue to remain the same as earlier; a 5-speed manual stick and a CVT gearbox. Yes, it gets paddle shifters now as standard fitment on CVT variants. The fuel efficiency of manual variants is rated at 16.6 kmpl whereas that of CVT variants is 17.1 kmpl.
