Ahead of the India debut of the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara, we have been witnessing the reviews of the first look of this electric SUV from international media
In this post, I am detailing what a British car expert has to say about the soon-to-be-launched Maruti Suzuki e Vitara. Note that the e Vitara is the first electric car from the Japanese car marque. Sure, it is late to the party, but it can also be an advantage since it gets to learn from the other competitors. In fact, we will even see a Toyota counterpart to this mid-size electric SUV. With this, Maruti Suzuki will commence its EV journey. For now, let us take a look at the details of this latest instance.
British Expert Details Maruti Suzuki e Vitara
This video stems from Electrifying on YouTube. It captures the British presenter lending us a walkaround tour of the EV. She starts with the exterior. At the front, the EV gets prominent LED lighting, LED DRLs, a sturdy front fascia with a chunky bumper, fog lamps on the lower grille section and a rugged overall appearance. Moving down the sides highlights 19-inch aero-designed alloy wheels with colossal and imposing wheel arches with tough cladding on them and on the door panels, black side pillars and C-pillar-mounted rear door handles. Finally, the tail section has a roof-mounted spoiler, connected LED taillamps via a light console, and a sporty bumper. All in all, the EV looks adventurous.
Maruti Suzuki e Vitara – Interior and Features
On the inside, the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara bears a modern layout with the latest tech, connectivity and convenience amenities. In fact, this model offers the option of either an all-black or black + brown upholstery. This colour scheme stretches to every corner of the vehicle including the dashboard and door panels. Other main bits include an almost rectangular 2-spoke steering wheel with controls, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment display, stylish AC vents, physical controls for HVAC and multimedia, an electric sunroof, a floating centre console, wireless charging, 12-colour ambient lighting, drive modes, rear USB ports, retractable rear seats, 306-litre boot space, 750 kg towing capacity and more.
