The customer has also signed the satisfactory note.”
In a recent incident, a Tata Punch-owner presented a rather disappointing picture as he highlighted his plight of owning an allegedly defective vehicle. It may be noted here that the Punch is one of the most successful products in its segment. It offers the feel and road presence of a small SUV to the owner. Due to the ever-growing trend of SUVs, carmakers have started developing smaller and smaller SUVs to cater to a wider audience. The main attraction of these cars is the price at which they provide various traits of a traditional SUV. In today’s world, people don’t have to splurge big money to own an ‘SUV’. And this is exactly what has worked in the favour of vehicles like the Tata Punch. For now, let us discover the details of the latest episode here.

Tata Punch Owner Alleges Major Issues
The owner of the vehicle has shared his experience through a Tweet. Basically, he owns an Accomplished version of the Punch. Also, he seems to belong to Pune area in Maharashtra. As per what he claims, the vehicle gave up on him within 10 km of driving off the showroom. However, the visuals shared by him do not reveal any details of the problems. Still, the visuals showcase the Punch owner filling his car with waste material to protest against the carmaker.
It may be noted here that the Tata Punch is now the country’s second most popular SUV after the Nexon. Cumulatively, the small car has sold over 350,000 copies since its launch in October 2021. The Punch comes with a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine generating 86 hp and 113 Nm. The buyers have the option of choosing between either a 5-speed manual or an AMT automatic gearbox. Moreover, this engine can also be had in a CNG version. In that Bi-fuel (CNG + Petrol) configuration, the engine belts out 72.4 hp and 103 Nm of peak power and torque. There is a sole 5-speed manual transmission with this configuration for the time being. Also, in January this year, the Punch EV was introduced to further widen the appeal of this small car.
